The following flash training tutorials require that you screen have atleast 800X600 resolution.
At the bottom of each video screen will appear a standard video player that looks like a video machine controls. Use these to Start and stop and rewind and fast forward the training. To pause the training please press the stop button.

Contact Video 02 - This video will go into farther detail on how to enter information into the contact screen focused generally on how to enter services.
Contact Video 03 - This video will actually walk you through adding a contact into the reporting system and saving and editing that same client.
Weekly Hours Video - This video will both explain how to enter worker services hours but also how to enter dockette totals within the reporting system.
