
Local Delivery Mechanism Responsibilities
Adhere to O-GI client eligibility criteria in distributing funds
Implement and adhere
to agreed upon program descriptions guidelines
and criteria
Receive and review
client application forms from relevant Employment
Unit staff and verify they meet client, and applicable LDM program guidelines
and criteria
Ensure O-GI program
intervention resources are utilized for agreed
upon eligible clients
Develop, distribute
and assist in monitoring contracts and funding
to approved clients
Develop and implement
an unaffiliated client verification process
and submit same to O-GI
Ensure that all Employment
Unit client applications, once verified
against O-GI client eligibility criteria and LDM program guidelines and
criteria are approved based on availability of O-GI program intervention
resource funding
Ensure that where
funding is available and a client is deemed
eligibility that the resources applied for are distributed in timely manner
Maintain client resource
allocation statistics and submit same to
O-GI as per reporting requirements
Ensure that O-GI and
Employment Unit staff are informed as to levels
and availability of O-GI funds on a monthly basis
Ensure that client
contracts are subject to and covered by an
adequate level of liability insurance
Provide ongoing orientation
and training to relevant Employment Unit
staff regarding LDM programs
Ensure that O-GI staff
and Employment Unit staff are informed of LDM
appeals processes on a regular basis
Adhere to and promote O-GI appeals processes
Request in writing
to appropriate O-GI Field Liaison representative
to cover eligible client funding requests in excess of the LDM's base
allocations
Ensure that O-GI program
intervention resources are not distributed
to other AHRDA holder affiliated clients.
