Labour Market Analysis

In April of 2000, O-GI embarked upon a major human resources and labour market study, O-GI Labour Market Analysis, in order to identify Ontario-wide economic opportunities from an employer perspective and to establish a database of economic-related demographics on Aboriginal clients or potential clients living in urban communities in Ontario. This database also encompasses individuals who meet the criteria for OGI-funded programs and provides the organization with a clearer picture of this particular group's characteristics.
